Christopher Fox
A licensed General Contractor with 20+ years’ experience, Christopher has built homes in Biltmore Lake, Cedar Rock, The Ramble and Olivette Community & Farm earning multiple “Viewers Choice” awards in Asheville’s Annual Parade of Homes.
Christopher is an active member of the Asheville community having served as Chairman and board member of the Better Business Bureau and twice-elected President of the Asheville Home Builders Association.
Committed to customer service, he was the first area builder to earn the designation of Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist, a competitive certification recognizing best practices in Universal Design or “Architecture for All” whose goal is to anticipate future needs and enable residents to live in their homes for a lifetime.
Will Gaddy
Will Gaddy apprenticed in real estate alongside his father, Charles Gaddy, a Raleigh businessman whose 50-year career contributed to the growth of the Research Triangle into the economic center it is today. Will is an experienced real estate investor and developer operating Gaddy Land Company. His portfolio includes residential and commercial development properties in Asheville and Raleigh.
A North Carolina native and Asheville resident for over 10 years, Will manages financing, legal, and administrative efforts for the Gaddy-Fox project at Ashecroft.
